Delivery Lead - Commercial Uplift Across Field Operations in ASX100

This is a rare opportunity to play a central role in an ambitious, growth-focused commercial transformation. Within a market-leading, purpose-driven ASX100 business with a national footprint of 320+ sites, the organisation is entering a defining year – where performance must shift quickly to meet bold EBIT targets and deliver tangible, enterprise-wide results. That’s where you come in. This is a high-velocity commercial optimisation mandate, designed for a leader who thrives in complexity, drives change in the field, and delivers results at pace. Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager, you’ll lead a hands-on performance uplift program that cuts across 11 strategic business units and all frontline operations.

You’ll be on the ground, not behind a desk – running tactical branch turnaround workshops through a structured and supported program, rolling out commercial acumen training for frontline leaders, recovering lost value through contract optimisation, and solving emerging strategic problems with real bottom-line impact. You will lead training initiatives and shape how leaders think commercially, how branches perform, and how the organisation positions itself for long-term, scalable success.

About you

You’re commercially astute, operationally fluent, and laser-focused on outcomes. You’ve delivered measurable EBIT results across complex, high-revenue, multi-site environments. Whether your path has been through operations, finance, commercial, or consulting, you combine hands-on grit with strategic clarity. Your background likely spans asset-intensive sectors such as logistics, transport, industrial services, waste management, utilities, or construction – industries where margin, scale, and complexity intersect daily.

You know how to navigate ambiguity, build trust fast, and challenge the status quo without creating noise. You’re credible and relatable on the floor, persuasive with executives, and you bring a calm, grounded presence to every interaction. If you’ve designed or delivered capability uplift programs before, that’s a bonus – but your commercial instincts, execution drive, and ability to lead through others and deliver results will set you apart.
