Manage and develop team of data analysts with low to moderate complexity and risk in data management and technology, and engage stakeholders and internal partners

Gather business requirements through direct interaction with software development teams
Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives and operations of data management area to meet business objectives
Interpret and develop policies and procedures for Technology functions with low to moderate complexity
Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
Lead team to achieve objectives
Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular meetings and progress updates.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Data Engineering and Management
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate resources, including team members, third-party contractors, and vendors, to execute project tasks effectively.
Manage project execution, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and mitigating risks to ensure project goals are met.
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with project management best practices, company policies, and industry standards.
Required Qualifications :
4+ years of Data Engineering experience
2+ years of Leadership experience
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PMBOK.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project objectives.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
