Job Description : Key Responsibilities
o Lead and manage a regional team of service delivery managers, engineers, and technical specialists.
o Provide guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities for team members.
o Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
o Ensure the successful delivery of IT infrastructure projects, managed services, and support to clients within the region.
o Oversee service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
o Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored infrastructure solutions.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders in the region.
o Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns or issues promptly.
o Drive client retention and growth by identifying opportunities for service expansion and optimization.
o Ensure that regional operations comply with company standards and industry best practices.
o Implement processes to improve service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
o Monitor and report on the health of ongoing projects, ensuring proper risk management and issue resolution.
o Manage the regional delivery budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
o Track project budgets and timelines, ensuring profitability while maintaining service quality.
o Work closely with the sales and presales teams to support business development, propose solutions, and close new business opportunities.
o Lead or support presentations, bids, and proposals for new projects and services.
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the service delivery model, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
o Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications
o 17+ years of experience in IT infrastructure service delivery or related fields.
o 5+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing large-scale service delivery teams and operations.
o Proven track record in managing complex IT infrastructure projects and large client accounts.
o Strong understanding of ITIL, project management methodologies, and service delivery management.
o Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
o Strategic thinking with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
o In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including cloud, data centers, networking, and enterprise solutions.
o Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
o ITIL Certification (Intermediate or Expert) or similar frameworks is a plus.
o PMP or Prince2 Certification is preferred.
o Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco) are advantageous.
