Qualification and Experience : ITI / Diploma with 4 years experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detailoriented and skilled PCBA Assembly Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling soldering and inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) in accordance with industry standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble electronic components onto PCBs using hand tools soldering irons and automated machinery.
• Perform surfacemount and throughhole soldering following IPCA610 standards.
• Inspect assemblies for defects and verify quality using magnifiers and microscopes.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings bills of materials (BOMs) and work instructions.
• Operate pickandplace machines reflow ovens and wave soldering machines as required.
• Conduct functional tests and troubleshoot faulty assemblies.
• Follow ESDsafe handling practices and workplace safety protocols.
• Perform rework or repair of defective boards as instructed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Document work performed and complete production reports.

Skills :

operating SMT machines (Printer, Pick and Place, AOI, and X-ray).

Education

Qualification and Experience : ITI / Diploma with 4 +years experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry
