Job Title : Assistant Manager – Finance Experience : 1 to 2 Years Job Location : Hyderabad

Responsibilities : Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records for the company. Conduct regular financial analysis and build strong MIS reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning and decision-making. Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (Tax / legal / Payroll etc) Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and department heads. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks. Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications : Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards. Knowledge on SAP is preferred and proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PPT. Knowledge on PowerBI is a good addition to the role Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High degree of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
