Shift Timings : General Leadership & Management :
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, from planning and design to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to high-quality Acumen & Cloud Understanding :
- Possess a strong understanding of core cloud computing concepts, services, and architectures (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, serverless, containers).
- Demonstrate good knowledge of major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their respective offerings.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable project tasks and guide technical teams effectively.
- Added Advantage : Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, deployments, automation, or Collaboration & Communication :
- Act as a central point of contact, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between engineering, product, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Provide regular, transparent, and accurate project status updates to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, technical challenges, and inter-team dependencies.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented Improvement :
- Champion and implement best practices in technical program management, leveraging Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, communication, and overall team Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technical program management within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects.
- Excellent understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and concepts.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Qualifications (Added Advantage) :
- Prior hands-on experience working on or managing projects directly within cloud environments (e.g., cloud migrations, cloud infrastructure development, cloud native application deployments).
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect).
- Experience with DevOps principles and CI / CD pipelines.
- Experience in vendor management for technical solutions.
