Backed by a leading venture studio and founded by ex-Microsoft Copilot builders and AI patent holders, the startup is redefining how real-time AI assistants engage with users.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and scale AI-first backend systems for real-time conversational experiences.
  • Design robust production environments for GenAI applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with researchers and product managers to integrate ML models into live products.
  • Improve engineering productivity through tooling and automation.
  • Contribute to an on-call rotation to support live systems and resolve Were Looking For :
  • Experience building high-performance backend services and deploying them at scale.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in machine learning engineering and deploying ML models to production.
  • Strong understanding of production-readiness, observability, and system resilience.
  • User-centric mindset and a collaborative working style.

Bonus Points For :

  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or semantic search.
  • Knowledge of vector databases.
  • Prior startup experience or entrepreneurial Join?
