Primary Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, safety, etc.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
- To coordinate with the implementation of people-related policies and programs; manages end-to-end HR business activities.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, executive management, and the HR team to build a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Manage employee relations issues across the group level.
- Provide tools and guidelines to support and implement policies and procedures, development of HRIS, and employee manuals, and maintain a high-quality central HR Function.
- Lead development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans, and initiatives including the design and implementation of training, mentoring, and professional development and succession plans
- Manage the performance management process and facilitate improvement of performance management systems and Learning Management systems.
- Support design and ensure implementation of org changes aligned with Role Model Organizations and talent strategy.
- Develops and implements departmental budget.
- Performs other duties as required.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Human Resources professional with 18+ years of progressive human resources / organization development experience.Experience in end-to-end HR operations at the group level for at least 8+ years.Demonstrated ability to think creatively and collaboratively about staff development and training.Ability to influence and build credibility at all levels and establish collaborative working relationships.Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex, decentralized, and geographically diverse organizational structure.Superior communication skills, oral and written.Strong strategic and problem-solving skills.Excellent networking and interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational skills and initiative.Proficient computer skills – especially Microsoft Suite of applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and HRIS / HRM systems, ERP systems such as SAP, etc (preferred).Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi required.Should be flexible to travel as per requirements.
