Job Description :

Utilize knowledge in analytics and technology to enhance operational efficiency for NON VOICE processes in an MNC.

Implement operational improvements for team members.

Job Role :

• Provide email and chat support to the company's clients.
• Manage backend data for customers and upkeep reports.
• Ensure satisfactory resolution of customer inquiries.
• Address customer complaints and escalate them to a supervisor when necessary.

Minimum Qualification : BA, BBA, BCOM, BBI, BAF, BMS (BSC IT NOT CONSIDER) .Diploma and Technical(BE, BTECH), BSC, BCA graduates please do not apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Basic or good knowledge of MS Office(excel,word and power point) Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings) Should have all mark sheets until last semester of graduation without any backlog / arrears, Aadhar card, pan card. Candidate should have fully vaccinated Salary Offered : Freshers - 19000 CTC per month Only for Freshers
