SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System(LMS)

Consultants should have the following skills & expertise :

• Certified in SuccessFactors Validated LMS(VLMS) Solution.
• Should have done at least 2 end to end implementations and 2 support projects.
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and must be a team player
• Excellent understanding of Learning Management process in Global organizations
• Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysisbetween client requirements and standard SuccessFactors LMS Solution.
• Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
• Expertise in creating custom reports in Plateau Report Designer Tool using sql, javascript and xml.
• Translate Businessrequirements into SystemConfiguration Objects and create SolutionDesign for SuccessFactors Validated LMS Solution (VLMS) in compliance with the Best Practices.
• Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
• System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
• Expertise in translations and must upload translation packs for data models configuration and MDF.
• Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
• Strong learningability - agilityand willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quicklyto new tasks and environments.
