Roles & Responsibilities :

• Support day to day administration of (WebCAT LMS) through the creation of new courses / Modules, roster management and eLearning content testing.
• Development and maintenance of a knowledge base and supporting documentation regarding administrative access and functions of the LMS.
• Creates training activities (ILT, CBT, WBT), manages documents and other supported activities.
• Create test scenarios and assist project team members in performing tests to ensure all processes work according to predetermined goals.
• Support other LMS administrators with testing content, enhancements and general system functionality.
• Work with stakeholders around to develop and assignee program roadmap to ensure that courses are delivered into the LMS and made available to learners in a timely manner.
• Own, Identify, research and resolve help desk user questions and issue and track in system.
