Lead Product Designer - Figma / Sketch

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Designer with 6-10 years of experience in UX design, product strategy, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Sketch, Figma, and design systems, driving user-centric solutions while mentoring a team of designers.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of UX / UI designers to deliver world-class user experiences.
• Define and execute design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.
• Oversee the end-to-end UX design process, from research to final implementation.
• Utilize Sketch, Figma, and design systems to create high-quality designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to enhance user experience.
• Ensure consistency and scalability of design systems across multiple platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging UX methodologies.
• Advocate for a user-first approach in product development and strategy.
