Gloify - UI / UX Designer - Figma / Sketch

Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented and creative UI / UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-friendly, visually appealing digital products that provide excellent user experiences.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design seamless interfaces for web and mobile Responsibilities :

• Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design high-fidelity prototypes and mockups that adhere to brand guidelines and usability standards.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs.
• Conduct usability testing to iterate and refine designs based on user feedback.
• Maintain and evolve UI style guides and design systems for consistency across products.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Advocate for user-centric design across the product lifecycle and collaborate Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of basic front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
