The Cascades, Neopolis, is looking for an Account Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) background to manage and streamline financial operations across its real estate projects in Kokapet, Hyderabad.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with hands-on experience in real estate accounting, statutory compliance, and project-wise financial management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle full-scope accounting for multiple real estate projects, including residential and commercial developments
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, fund flow statements, and cost control reports
- Oversee billing, collections, and client account reconciliations in coordination with the CRM and sales teams
- Ensure strict compliance with RERA, GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations
- Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for accurate and timely reporting
- Generate project-wise MIS reports and financial dashboards for senior management
- Support financial modeling for new projects and funding proposals
- Liaise with banks, legal teams, and government authorities for financial documentation and approvals
