About the Role :

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Provide timely updates on project milestones, campaign performance, and deliverables
  • Build trust and long-term value by consistently delivering on expectations

Brief Documentation & Task Management

  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of client briefs
  • Validate requirements with clients, ensuring clarity and alignment
  • Communicate briefs effectively to internal teams via email and project kick-off meetings
  • Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including timelines, KPIs, and quality control
  • Coordinate across creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure on-time execution
  • Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and keep all stakeholders aligned
  • Cross-Selling & Media Strategy

  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and expand client accounts
  • Support strategic media planning and buying to drive ROI
  • Collaborate on client growth plans that align with Srinergy's core service offerings
  • Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management; agency experience preferred
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing
  • Exposure to basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to learn
