Marketing Account Manager

Job descriptionEnsure accurate and comprehensive documentation of client briefs Validate requirements with clients, ensuring clarity and alignment Communicate briefs effectively to internal teams via email and project kick-off meetings Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including timelines, KPIs, and quality control Coordinate across creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure on-time execution Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and keep all stakeholders aligned Identify opportunities to upsell services and expand client accounts Support strategic media planning and buying to drive ROI Collaborate on client growth plans that align with Srinergy's core service offerings 1-2 years of experience in account management; agency experience preferred Familiarity with SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing Exposure to basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment A collaborative spirit and willingness to learn Comfortable adapting to shifting client needs and priorities Takes initiative and ownership of tasks and client satisfaction Thinks strategically while executing efficiently Brings positive energy and professionalism to cross-functional teams Committed to delivering high-quality, client-aligned solutions
