Senior Business Analyst

For one of my customer in Europe we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Duration : 6+ months renewable

Location : India(100% remote)

Description :

We are seeking a skilled Business / Functional Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Deliverables :

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, processes, and requirements.
• Analyze current business workflows and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process models to support solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are correctly translated into system solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback and validate requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in troubleshooting issues during implementation.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Document and maintain business process models, functional designs, and system documentation.
• Provide ongoing support and training to business users as needed.
Skills :
• SAP BW
• Familiar with Industrial regulatory ccompliance
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst are a plus
• SQL is a plus
