Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in both Business Analysis and Functional Testing. This individual will support the business on Change Requests (CRs), Proofs of Concept (POCs), and incidents. AEM knowledge is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Analysis for Web-Based Applications, specifically for marketing / eCommerce platforms (B2B and B2C applications).
Work with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as AEM, WordPress, and Product Information Management (PIM) tools like Spider, STIBO.
Manual Functional Testing and related documentation (test cases, bug reports).
Create detailed reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
Provide user training for business users and business process training for junior staff and technical teams.
Influence and work closely with stakeholders to find acceptable solutions to business problems.
Collaborate with various teams in a complex environment and handle changing priorities effectively.
Experience working in SCRUM / Agile environments and contributing to fast-paced projects.

Mandatory Skills :

6+ years of experience in Business Analyst (BA) activities

Functional Testing experience (manual)

Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), especially AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Exposure to tools like JIRA or ROD for ticket tracking

Education : Engineering or relevant degree
