With 75 kindergartens and early learning services across Melbourne, our team of 1000 dedicated people work together to create safe, joyful, and enriching experiences for 7,500 children every week. We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator  to join our team at  Cambrian Preschool .

At Cambrian Preschool we recognise early experiences lay the foundations for future learning. As a result, our experienced educators will focus on helping children to reach their potential during their time at Cambrian Preschool. Our educators develop play-based learning experiences that focus on children’s individual needs and interests. We will encourage children to make choices and guide their own learning. We also recognise the important role families play in a child’s learning journey, and we encourage a shared partnership families, children and educators.

This is a part time, ongoing position working 20.75 hours per week on a Tuesday 8 : 45am to 5pm, Thursday and Friday from 8 : 45am - 3pm.

About you

• You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
• You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
• You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
• You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
• You value kindness and respect.
• You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
• You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate.
