Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to B2B clients (domestic and international)
  • Promote and sell TendersOnTime subscription services
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information
  • Convert leads into successful deals
  • Maintain CRM records accurately
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Coordinate internally for smooth client onboarding and issue resolution
  • The Profile

    Eligibility :

  • Education : 12th Pass or Graduate
  • Experience : 6 months to 3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
  • Language : Fluency in English is mandatory
