Executive Assistant
The Director of Operations at our resort, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director in managing and coordinating various administrative and operational tasks. You will be the primary point of contact to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills.
Qualifications : 1. MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or Front office role 2 years min exp, preferably in the hospitality industry.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
6. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Job description
1. Coordinate with various department heads for meetings
2. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings attended by the Director of Operations.
3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
4. Assist in the coordination and execution of new upcoming projects led by the Director which involves liaising with various departments, organising meetings, tracking project milestones, interacting with vendors for quotes, negotiation of pricing and coordinating with timely delivery.
5. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Follow ups with all Departments to close various jobs
Salary : Rs. 22,000 / - to 24,000 / -
