The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of Director.
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for Director.
- Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on pending items.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure action items are completed.
- Plan and coordinate any company events or external meetings involving the Director.
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth business operations
- Proactively manage and organize the Director’s calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are accurately scheduled.
