This role is responsible to training administration management, overall training coordination, content development andKey deliverables for the position are as following :
- To use Learning Management System for content creation, deployment, assessment, surveys and MIS management
- Responsible for overseeing the implementation, assessment and facilitation of training programs across Shoppers Stop stores including Services Office.
- Identify Training Requirements from the stake holders and being able to customize training programs to meet those needs.
- Identify training gaps by constantly assessing the complexity of business environment
- Manage training calendar for the month / quarter and update changes as per required
- Ensure training coverage across all stores
- Ensure effective communication and coordination of training programs
- Coordinate for both internal and external training programs
- Ensure regular interface with business Analysis and Reporting
- Develop metrics for measuring and increasing learning effectiveness
- Training evaluations
- Floor audits to measure the training efficacy for all trainings done
- Maintain a comprehensive MIS of training delivered, highlighting emerging trends and raising issues
- Ensure skill development through research and value addition
- Content development and ability to drive participants towards desired learning goals
- Should be able to integrate key inputs required for the business / operation improvement
- Adherence to training plan, calendar and SOP
Qualifications and Education Requirements - MBA-HR / Post Graduate Diploma in HR / MSW / Master of Personnel Management
