Hands on experience in Database migrations to cloud.

Experience in Design, implement, and manage complex FMW environments (24x7 standalone or cluster Environment)

Experience in Optimizing server configurations for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Experience in Leading major upgrades, migrations, and deployments of WebLogic servers and associated applications.

Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams and documentation.

Architect solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, load balancing, security and monitoring

Evaluate and implement best practices for WebLogic Server performance tuning and optimization.

Experience with configuring SSL : 1- way SSL and 2 – way SSL configuration , Queues, Topics, Distributed Destination, Foreign JMS providers, Message Bridges, JDBC connection pools, Data Sources

Oversee the deployment and management of mission-critical applications(SOA / BPM / BAM / BPEL) on WebLogic servers.

Provide expert-level support for complex application issues and performance bottlenecks.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless application integration and deployment.

Implement and manage monitoring tools and processes to ensure server health and performance.

Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.

Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize all production server hardware and software. Provide escalated technical support for complex technical issues which may include leading problem management cases and providing management status. Coordinate escalated support cases and lead appropriate internal technical resources and / or third party vendors to resolution and coordinate a storage infrastructure of Oracle system and database appliances. Responsible for Oracle production environments; assist with server operating system and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching; and work on standardization projects for both hardware and software under the Oracle technology stack while providing consistent system uptime as expected in a Cloud environment. Provide on-call support, on a rotating basis.
