We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Furniture Packages division, catering to an elite clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in high-value sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.

This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and a customer-centric approach to drive sales and enhance client satisfaction.

Client Engagement : Develop and maintain relationships with HNI clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored furniture solutions.

Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a sales team of 6-8 members, setting clear targets and fostering a collaborative environment.

Sales Strategy : Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Coordinate with internal departments, including design and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Customer Service : Address and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis : Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
