We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support facility management activities. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff and providing support in handling legal correspondence and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage general administrative tasks and office operations
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the premises
- Handle inbound and outbound mail, calls, and courier dispatches
- Manage facility-related tasks and vendor coordination
- Process invoices and maintain financial documents
- Respond to employee and client queries in a professional and timely manner
- Attend court hearings and maintain accurate records of ongoing legal matters
- Coordinate with legal advisors for recovery letters, notices, and documentation
