Job Description
Business development
- Create a clear cut strategy in focus countries- Europe, Latin America, MENA and SEA for market penetration
- Set 1,2 and 5 year plan to drive market strategy
- Develop existing team and / or build team to fulfill BD targets
- Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic partnerships with local players in each market and with branded players for strategic product
Sales
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and regulatory teams to align sales efforts with company goals and department goals.
- Ensure company receives clear cut forecasts to convert majority of the business to "long term," Vs "spot."
- Contribute to pipeline management through market feedback by region
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Ensure operations team receives sufficient data to ensure 90%+ customer OTIF rates
- Collaborate with CFTs to ensure metrics for quality responses and other customer service metrics are achieved with stipulated turn-around timelines
