Position : Adobe Workfront SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Role Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Adobe Workfront to lead solution design, client education, and technical execution across various projects. This pivotal role demands strong client interaction skills, in-depth technical proficiency in both Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, efficient, and effective Workfront solutions. You will be a key advisor, driving successful implementations and maximizing client value from the Workfront platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Design & Architecture : Lead the end-to-end solution design for Adobe Workfront implementations, ensuring configurations align with client business processes and strategic objectives.
- Client Education & Advisory : Act as a primary advisor to clients, providing expert guidance, best practices, and training on Workfront functionalities, capabilities, and optimization strategies.
- Technical Execution : Oversee and actively participate in the technical execution of Workfront projects, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Workfront & Workfront Fusion Expertise : Leverage deep technical proficiency in Adobe Workfront for project management, resource management, portfolio management, and reporting. Utilize extensive experience with Workfront Fusion for advanced automation and integration workflows.
- Requirement Translation : Collaborate closely with clients to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications and Workfront configurations.
- Integration Leadership : Design and implement robust integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems using Workfront Fusion and other integration methods.
- Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within client workflows, leveraging Workfront capabilities to streamline operations.
- Troubleshooting & Support : Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex Workfront and Workfront Fusion issues, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
- Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation including solution designs, technical specifications, training materials, and best practice guides.
- Stakeholder Management : Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and ensuring project success.
- Mentorship : Potentially mentor and guide junior team members on Workfront best practices and technical solutioning.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise :
Extensive experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Adobe Workfront.Deep technical proficiency and hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront for configuration, administration, and advanced features.In-depth expertise and practical experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion for building complex automation and integration workflows.Proven ability to lead solution design and architecture for Workfront implementations.Strong client interaction skills, with a track record of effectively educating clients and translating business needs into technical solutions.Experience with project management, resource management, and portfolio management concepts within Workfront.Solid understanding of integration patterns and methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a client-facing consulting environment.Relevant Adobe Workfront certifications (Workfront Certified Fusion Developer, Workfront Certified System Administrator) are highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferredref : hirist.tech)
