Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with clients and internal customers to support the deployment of Source delivery projects throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle.
• This involves providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that clients and internal customers can effectively utilize Source tools to achieve their project goals.
• Liaise with support teams, partners, and other stakeholders to identify challenges, develop solutions, and provide rollouts and configurations of tools. This collaborative approach ensures that all stakeholders are involved in the implementation process and that their needs are met.
• Understanding the specific needs of each project and configuring the tools accordingly to streamline workflows, track progress, and facilitate communication.
• Lead the setup and configuration of Atlassian Cloud at every level, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Manage user permissions, configurations, workflows, and customizations within the Atlassian suite to support project requirements.
• Become an SME in cloud delivery of Source tools, including (not limited to Jira, confluence) ARIS, PowerBI, Climate IQ, Smartsheet etc.
• Administer and optimize the use of Zephyr and other Atlassian plugins to enhance project management and tracking capabilities.
• Deliver presentations to client and leadership forums with exceptional communication skills, clearly articulating the value proposition of Source tools and demonstrating their impact on project success.
• This effective communication helps to secure buy-in from leadership and promote the adoption of these tools across the organization.
• Create SharePoint pages based on our delivery tool offering.
• Knowledge in PowerBI, MSPO or Smartsheet will be an added advantage.
• Work or assist with Global team to get technology risk sign off for UK.
