Personal Director

Responsibilities :

• Hiring, training, and overseeing staff who work in human resources departments to ensure they are performing their jobs effectively.
• Ensuring that all applicable employment laws are being followed, including those pertaining to discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, affirmative action, minimum wage requirements, and overtime pay.
• Interviewing job candidates to determine qualifications and fit with the company culture.
• Conducting exit interviews with terminated employees to determine reasons for termination and whether any steps can be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
• Developing and implementing policies that ensure compliance with legal requirements related to hiring, termination, discrimination, harassment, compensation, and other areas of human resources management.
• Determining the need for new positions within the company and creating job descriptions for those positions.
