We collaborate with top architects, interior designers, and developers across India to deliver bespoke lighting experiences. As we grow, we are looking for a Vertical Lead – Interior Designer Sales to drive and expand our designer sales vertical.
Role Objective
To grow our footprint within the interior design community across India by acquiring, engaging, and converting design professionals into long-term clients. You will lead all sales activities for this vertical and be responsible for meeting revenue and conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Ownership : Achieve monthly revenue targets of ₹8–₹12 lakhs through direct sales to interior designers.
Client Acquisition : Identify and onboard 8–10 new active interior designers or design studios every month.
Sales Funnel Management : Maintain a healthy pipeline with at least 30 active leads at any given time.
Client Engagement : Conduct 15–20 high-quality meetings per month (virtual / on-site), present product solutions aligned with project briefs.
Follow-ups & Closures : Ensure timely proposals, quotes, and follow-ups, with a minimum conversion rate of 25–30%.
Market Intelligence : Stay updated on designer preferences, market shifts, project timelines, and competition.
Collaboration : Coordinate with internal design, production, and project teams to ensure client expectations are met post-sale.
Reporting : Use CRM tools to track activities, leads, and sales metrics; share weekly performance updates with leadership.
Who You Are
Graduate with 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in decorative lighting, furniture, interior products, or luxury home décor.
Proven track record of achieving ₹8L+ in monthly revenue in previous roles.
Strong connections in the interior design or architecture ecosystem is a big plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with Noida HQ, with travel flexibility to Delhi NCR and metro cities.
Familiar with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
