Lead - Data Platform Engineering

Job Description

As an MDM Technology Analyst (IC3), you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions utilizing tools such as Reltio, Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), Informatica MDM, and SQL / Python scripting. This role will also involve working with MDM workflows, D&B / ZoomInfo / Salesforce connectors, and ensuring smooth integration across systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

MDM Implementation & Configuration :

Implement and configure MDM solutions using Reltio while ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

• Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and business rules within the MDM platform.
• Work on Reltio Workflow (DCR Workflow & Custom Workflow) to manage data approvals and role-based assignments.

Qualifications

Education : B.E / B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 5-8 years of experience working with Reltio MDM in a professional setting.
