Your Job

A procurement analyst's duties within a company is to research and compare products and services from suppliers in order to decide what will be most compatible for the company.

What You Will Do

• Sourcing and negotiating of Hardware / Software Net New purchases and Renewals.
• Collaborate with customers to understand product requirements and articulate requirements to suppliers.
• Tactical Buying for Catalog / non-catalog items.
• Support the purchasing function, Finance and other relevant departments.
• Assisting customers with questions and status order updates.
• Create and maintain purchase orders in the procurement system in accordance with procedures.
• Assisting with invoice discrepancies with accounting and suppliers.
• Prepare reports and updates as and when required.
