Role Overview :
We are seeking a Product Onboarding and Implementation Specialist to drive onboarding for Enterprise customers, ensuring smooth transitions and high satisfaction. In this role, you will analyze customer needs, provide product expertise, and deliver tailored solutions. This position combines technical acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, working closely with sales and product teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
- Be a people manager to ensure Onboarding and Implementation team members get the right support in terms of technical knowledge, and career grooming

To succeed, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations.Use your technical expertise to help a customer determine if SMS-Magic is right for themPrepare and deliver product messaging in an effort to highlight value proposition and unique differentiators, using whiteboarding, slide presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management and RFI (Request for Information) response documentsWork hands-on with SMS-Magic products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer / partner environmentsMake recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution, providing “best practice” advice to customers to optimize SMS-Magic effectivenessAdminister onboarding and product implementation support for new and existing clients (Documentation of solution configurations and diagrams to be captured for future reference)Work closely with Salesforce architects to design solutions that align with SMS Magic product and business requirements.Provide input on the configuration and customization of Salesforce to meet SMS Magic product and business needs.Strong knowledge on Salesforce admin activities such as creating flows, optimizing page layouts, and implementing customizations to enhance user experience and support tailored business processes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Work with sales and marketing to respond to technical RFI / RFP questionsAid in the creation of product training and documentation materialsArticulate and demonstrate our learning validation and online proctoring solution, influence customer’s technical requirements, and position products relative to the competitionMaintain an in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge through ongoing training, seminars and certificationsSalesforce Admin certification is a plusSuccess in this role will require strong business acumen and passion to drive excellence in operations.Benefits

Security-Integrated and Performance Testing
OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilitiesCompliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)Security automation practices, Automate vulnerability scanning in build / release pipelines.Implement security testing tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA) within CI / CD.Manage performance benchmarking, load / stress testing, and security validations using industry tools and practices. Testing Expertise and StrategiesStrategize and drive the QA roadmap aligned with business goals and product delivery timelines.Lead a cross-functional QA team (manual, automation, DevOps, performance) and manage their day-to-day deliverables.Design, implement, and enforce standard QA processes, templates, and tools across teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.Own and manage all test phases : unit testing, integration testing, system testing, regression, UAT, and post-deployment validation.Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to analyze requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure testabilityConduct risk-based testing to prioritize critical areas during tight delivery windows.Handle resource planning, hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews for the QA team.Prepare and present QA dashboards, test metrics, and release readiness reports to leadership.Ensure defect prevention through root cause analysis and retrospectives. Required Qualifications :11+ years of total QA experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role and 5+ experience in automation, minimum 3 Year Exp in dev Sec OPS.Strong experience with manual testing, API testing, and test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).Hands-on exposure to DevOps tools and CI / CD environments.Experience in non-functional testing such as performance and basic security validations.Proven ability to lead teams and manage QA for multiple parallel projects.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
