US Accounting Specialist (AR, AP, GL)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced US Accounting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations
• Handle Accounts Payable, including vendor invoice processing, payment issuance, and reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and other accounting documents
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Provide support for external audits and financial statement preparation
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Stay up-to-date with changes in US accounting standards and regulatory requirements
