• A qualified lawyer in India with 5+ years’ experience in corporate, commercial, or technology law.
• Hands-on experience with due diligence , investor audits, or M&A is a big plus.
• Familiarity with contract structuring , contract management, compliance checks, and documentation workflows.
• Someone who’s excited to blend law and technology to solve real-world problems.
• Comfortable working remotely , managing priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
