About the Opportunity :
A well-established and diversified business group with decades of industrial expertise is venturing into enterprise software development. This is a greenfield initiative focused on building high-impact solutions for mid-to-large enterprises, particularly in domains such as CRM, ERP, and enterprise integration.
We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven CEO to lead this initiative from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in software product development and a strong orientation toward enterprise sales, with proven exposure to platforms like Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle .
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership :
- Lead the setup and scale-up of the software business from inception to a growth-phase enterprise.
- Define the long-term vision, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for enterprise software products.
- Business Development & Sales Focus :
- Identify high-value market opportunities and establish key enterprise accounts.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales and pre-sales team with deep domain knowledge in platforms like Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle.
- Product & Platform Strategy :
- Oversee product roadmap and ensure alignment with market demands.
- Collaborate with CTO / product leads to ensure successful product development lifecycle.
- Operational Excellence :
- Establish operational processes, hiring plans, P&L responsibilities, and key metrics.
- Drive partnerships with enterprise clients, technology providers, and system integrators.
- Team Building :
- Hire and lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, sales, and delivery.
- Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Desired Profile :
Experience :15–20+ years in software product development with at least 5+ years in a C-level or senior leadership role.Strong track record of growing B2B software businesses and launching new enterprise products.Prior experience with software ecosystems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle Cloud , or equivalent.Skills :Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS models, GTM strategy, and solution-based sales.Ability to build strategic alliances and negotiate enterprise-level deals.Strong communication, leadership, and team-building capabilities.Education :A bachelor’s degree in engineering / technology, as well as an MBA from a reputed institution, is preferred.Why Join Us?
