Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Wealth Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition and building a portfolio with an Assets Under Management (AUM) target of ₹4 Crores in the first 3 months. This is a sales-focused role requiring strong interpersonal skills, financial product knowledge, and the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new high-net-worth (HNI) and mass affluent clients for investment and wealth management services.
Drive AUM growth by identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets — minimum ₹4 Cr AUM in the first 3 months.
Build long-term relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Promote and cross-sell financial products like Mutual Funds, FDs, PMS, Bonds, LAS, etc.
Focus on B2B tie-ups
Provide regular market updates and portfolio reviews to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2-5 years of proven experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or investment sales.
Strong network of potential HNI clients is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of financial markets and investment products.
AMFI / NISM certifications (if required for mutual fund distribution).
