The Role

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly motivated  Field Sales Executive  to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, conducting property visits, and driving sales for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate and follow up on leads to identify potential buyers.
  • Meet clients in person to understand their real estate needs and present suitable property options.
  • Conduct property site visits and explain project details to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market trends.

Ideal Profile

  • 0-1 years of experience in field sales, real estate sales, or a similar role.
  • You have working knowledge of Sales & Negotiation Skills, Lead Generation & Follow-Up, Client Relationship Management, Communication Skills, Market & Industry Knowledge and Travel & Field Work Readiness
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
