Senior Solution Architect - Digital Products (Everyday Banking)

We are partnering with one of the largest and most innovative banks in the UAE to find a talented Senior Solution Architect to join their Group IT team. This role is based in Bengaluru / Chennai, India , and will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital banking by designing resilient, agile, and secure architectural solutions for their Everyday Banking systems and applications.

Job Purpose :

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will report to the Head of Architecture Chapter and work closely with delivery heads and functional leads. You will play a key role in delivering world-class architectural solutions, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, and mentoring junior architects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architectural Design & Development :
• Design and develop mobile applications and their ecosystems in collaboration with internal departments and subsidiaries.
• Ensure all designs comply with the bank's development best practices, user journeys, and architectural patterns.
• Utilize best practices for mobile app design, user interface, and overall architecture.
• Technical Leadership :
• Lead the architectural design of mobile apps integrated with microservices and API-based ecosystems.
• Integrate mobile app ecosystems with modern technologies such as microservices, containers / cloud-native platforms, event streams, APIs, and message brokers.
• Build data products and analytics solutions, focusing on real-time data processing and reporting.
• Collaboration & Mentoring :
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that add exceptional business value.
• Mentor and coach junior architects, contributing to their professional development.
• Conduct workshops and peer review sessions to promote knowledge sharing.
• Standards & Best Practices :
• Maintain architectural blueprints and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Define reusable blueprints and reference architectures for new solutions.
• Enhance the efficiency of architecture design workflows through innovation and automation.
