Job description5+ years of ServiceNow development experience. Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST / SOAP integrations . Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps . Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, UI customization, and Performance Analytics . Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and ITIL best practices. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer ) preferred. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom modules.
- Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
- Optimize platform performance, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead upgrades, migrations, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption.
- Develop and integrate APIs, web services, and automation solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
- Maintain ServiceNow best practices, documentation, and governance.
