Brand Manager

About the Role :
We're looking for a sharp, data-savvy Digital Marketing Manager who knows how to blend performance with brand and strategy with storytelling. Someone who gets digital marketing inside out, knows how to drive results on platforms like Meta and Google, and can work their magic across eCommerce channels like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
Bonus points if you've been part of a 0- 1 journey - building growth engines from scratch and making quick, smart moves in a fast-paced setup.
What You'll Be Doing :
Media Planning & Execution :
- Own the media mandate for the brand with a consumer-first approach driving top-of-mind recall & preference for the brand
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (FB / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Explore and test new media opportunities - from emerging ad platforms to audience-specific publisher networks - to uncover growth potential
- Drive full-funnel strategy - from brand discovery to purchase and retention
- Test creatives, tweak targeting, fine-tune budgets - and repeat.
E-commerce Marketing :
Deliver on brand target for the e-commerce channel - through a full-funnel marketing planPartnering with e-commerce channels to build a strong brand through fests & media properties - drive organic searches.Plan & execute a full-funnel strategy for the brand.End-to-end planning & execution for mega sale events on e-commerce channelsBuild a strong brand presence on these platforms - ensuring the brand feels consistent, engaging, and instantly recognizable.Manage ads and promotions across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra to boost brand visibilityKeep an eye on product listings, keywords, and deals - making sure everything's set up for success.Understand how these platforms work inside-out and use their ad tools to your advantage.Campaign Planning & Management :
Craft inspiring product & brand campaign briefs to achieve the brand / business targetCrack brand idea for the campaign by working closely with creative partnersCreate the GTM plan and execute OTIF for the respective channel.Analytics & Reporting :
Use platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and e-commerce dashboards to track performance.Build reports that tell stories - not just throw numbers.Use data to tweak campaigns, audiences, creatives - basically everything.Partner Collaboration :

Who We're Looking For :
