We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads to lead our paid advertising strategy and execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in managing high-budget campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, create, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research , audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign structure.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate) and make data-driven decisions.
- A / B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and visuals.
- Manage monthly and quarterly ad budgets and ensure efficient spend aligned with KPIs.
- Set up conversion tracking , goals, and events via Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and GA4.
- Stay updated with Google Ads updates, trends, and best practices, and implement them proactively.
- Provide weekly / monthly performance reports and insights to key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management (minimum 4 years).Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization , and digital funnels.Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and SEMrush.Proficiency in campaign budget management and ROI tracking.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).Nice to Have :
Experience in Facebook / Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads , or other PPC platforms.Experience in A / B testing platforms like Google Optimize or VWO.
