JOB SUMMARY :

The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role involves close collaboration with design teams, customers, and stakeholders in the USA and Europe, serving as the primary technical point of contact. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical expertise in electronics / electrical engineering, and excellent communication abilities to engage with international customers across different time zones.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Project Management : Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning and scheduling to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives. Managing Global Projects, regular meeting with US customers.
• Project Scheduling : Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, coordinating resources and milestones to meet deadlines.
• Customer Engagement : Act as the primary customer-facing representative for technical discussions, addressing queries and fostering strong client relationships.
• Technical Documentation : Create and manage essential documentation, including Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), to support project deliverables and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal design teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and technical alignment.
• Global Coordination : Engage with customers in the USA and Europe, demonstrating flexibility to accommodate meetings across international time zones.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards and customer expectations.
