As a Software Sales Executive , you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of AlfaPTE / IELTS by identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into business opportunities. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that requires energy, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
You will be the first point of contact for prospects and responsible for showcasing the value of our educational solutions. Your contribution will directly influence the expansion and success of our brand across North India Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal and Haryana .
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify and generate qualified leads through platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn , Google , and relevant industry databases.
- Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities and assess competitor activities.
2. CRM & Data Management
Maintain the AlfaPTE Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool with up-to-date, accurate information.Organize and manage leads, contacts, follow-ups, and conversion data on a daily basis.3. Client Interaction & Relationship Building
Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to introduce AlfaPTE services.Schedule virtual or in-person meetings for consultations and demonstrations.Act as a relationship builder, guiding clients through the sales funnel with clarity and professionalism.4. Field Visits & Client Engagement
Conduct regular in-person visits to prospective client offices in North India ( Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal and Haryana) .Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor communication accordingly.5. Product Demonstrations
Deliver live demos of AlfaPTE products and services with a focus on value delivery , solution-oriented communication , and persuasive storytelling .Follow up post-demo to clarify doubts and drive conversion.6. WhatsApp & Digital Outreach
Design and execute WhatsApp campaigns for product promotions, updates, and engagement.Track metrics and client responses to measure campaign effectiveness.Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA / MBA) – Freshers encouraged to apply.A strong LinkedIn presence demonstrating active engagement and personal branding is preferred.Basic knowledge of business development tools and lead generation techniques is a plus.Essential Skills

This role involves frequent travel within Chandigarh , Punjab , and Haryana to meet with clients in person.Candidates must be willing and able to travel independently and represent the company professionally during field visits.Compensation & Benefits
