Job descriptionCertified with 12+ years of experience and 7+ years of relevant experience. Experience in managing and scaling distributed engineering solutions. Understanding the business objectives of the company and aligning the team to achieve the same. Comfortable in a startup environment and comfortable taking 200% ownership. Motivated with the corporate values listed below. Product Vision and Strategy : Defining the product's overall direction, long-term goals, and roadmap. Hiring : Ability to hire the right people in the right role. Ability to identify and fill missing roles in the team. Market Research and Analysis : Understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Requirements Gathering and Prioritization : Defining and prioritizing product features based on user feedback and business goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Working closely with engineering, testing, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and execution. Product Launch and Iteration : Managing the product launch process and continuously iterating based on user feedback and performance data. Performance Monitoring and Analysis : Tracking product performance, analyzing user data, and making data-driven decisions. Stakeholder Management : Communicating product vision, strategy, and progress to various stakeholders, including leadership and other teams. Customer Advocate : Representing the customer's voice and ensuring the product meets their needs. Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop a clear product vision and roadmap. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and solve problems that arise during the product development process. Leadership Skills : Ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve product goals. Technical Proficiency : Understanding of the technical aspects of product development. Business Acumen : Understanding of business principles and how they relate to product development.
