General Summary :
Senior Associate, Client Services will assist and support the daily running of sales programs and procedures. This may include or or more of the following tasks : (1) Order entry; (2) high-level date solutions support and working on special project to satisfy the needs of the division.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Strong understanding of Data Axle processes, data assets and be able to serve as an expert in the use of Data Axle systems, products and services.
- Manage, confirm, and prioritize incoming order Ensure requests are properly understood and executed.
- Set up and launch count inquiries in relevant platform with complex segmentation to determine maximum and targeted audiences.
- Provide administrative support to sales, account managers, and
- Must have the skills necessary to create, collect and maintain all order documentation, including but not limited to delivery schedules, FTC orders, order forms and other internal tracking sheets as required.
- Maintain logs, monitor, and track customer concerns including documentation of customer interactions
- Request and review and understand all required order documentation (contracts, approvals, credit applications, billing documentation, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of direct marketing standard practices with the ability to review and approve sample mail pieces and / or telemarketing scripts for all sensitive data orders.
- Coordinate approvals for FTC consumer orders with phone numbers, obtaining either waiver or Subscription Account Number (SAN).
- Provide service and trouble-shooting support required by customers and continually research and implement best practice protocols.
