Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer with 3+ years of experience for Design and Engineering of Solid Waste / Liquid Waste Management equipment’s and Special Purpose Mobile equipment’s

Education Qualification : BE / B.tech- Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engg.

Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience of working in a reputed engineering Manufacturing organization as related to Mobile equipment’s. Preference will be given for candidates with experience in Solid Waste / Liquid Waste Management equipment’s and Special Purpose Mobile equipments

Job Summary :

1.                Candidate should have experience in Design & Engineering of mobile hydraulics including troubleshooting related to mobile equipment and material handling equipment etc.

2.                Able to generate 2D / 3D Modelling

3.                Able to work on Auto cad, SolidWorks software.

4.                Able to generate the Fabrication Drawing and provide Nesting for the components to Production Team

Responsibilities

• Preparing of Bill of Material, Design and Drawings of the project based on customer’s input
• Will work with the Product Development Team and involve the development of New Product’s
• selection of Components, like – Pump’s, Blower’s, Control Valve, Motor, etc.
• Development of 2D / 3D drawings and release for Production.
• Will work closely with the production team by defining manufacturing procedure for installations, Welding, painting, testing.
• Identifying design Flaws and necessary improvements in the design.
