Job descriptionCreate test plans based on real-world user scenarios and edge cases. Execute functional, usability, and performance tests on both frontend and backend. Shows manual testing focus , but also strategic and scenario-based (not checklist testing). Recreate field bugs , analyze logs, narrow down the source of issues. Deep debugging skillset needed. Thinks like a developer - logic tracing, root cause analysis. Work with engineers to find and fix issues. Prioritize bugs based on impact. This shows high involvement in the development and release lifecycle - not just black-box testing. Summarize findings, contribute to dashboards, and help triage issues. Requires strong communication and analytical documentation skills . Maintain test environments, mocks, and secrets. Apply shift-left testing - meaning quality assurance early in the dev cycle. Involved in improving QA processes and sharing retrospective learnings. LLM / Low-code familiarity : If the company builds tools like GPT-based or platform tools. Scripting : For log / metric parsing or internal tooling Statistical analysis : Could be used in performance testing or issue tracking.

Experience required : 2-4 Yrs ONLY
Notice period : IMMEDIATE JOINERS
Role Type : Manual-heavy with analytical / debugging focus but not purely manual, some scripting and tooling involved.
Ideal Candidate :
- Strong manual QA with experience in debugging and system understanding .
- Able to trace bugs independently and think critically.
- Can write simple scripts to aid testing, logging, and internal tooling .
- Good communicator who works well with engineering / product teams.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, low-documentation environments.
