Job Summary :
The Senior Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales within the healthcare infrastructure sector, focusing on generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing contracts for our turnkey solutions.
This position requires a strategic thinker, result-oriented with experience in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
Responsibilities :
1) Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
2) Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
3) Present and pitch Hospertz's turnkey solutions, including architectural design, interior planning, and execution, to potential clients.
4) Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational capabilities.
5) Work closely with the Sales Head to implement the sales strategy and contribute to achieving sales goals.
6) Collaborate with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
7) Follow up on leads and inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
8) Represent Hospertz at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to generate new business leads and expand the company's network.
Monitor sales progress, track opportunities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Head / Senior Management.

Work Experience.
