Job descriptionUnderstand the client’s business requirements and provide relevant information about our product. Qualify leads by assessing their potential and interest level before passing them to the sales team. Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets as per company goals. Handle client queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. Qualifications : 6 months to 2 years of experience in Inside sales, preferably in B2B sales or lead generation. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Good listening skills and ability to quickly understand business needs. Preferred Skills : Prior experience in B2B sales or lead generation. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
